
Start by placing the puff pastry over the egg carton.
Next, using an egg, press it into the spaces of the carton to form holes.
In a medium bowl, add the cream cheese, the egg, the vanilla extract, the honey and mix until combined.
Next, place one teaspoon of this cream we prepared into each hole of the carton.
On top of the cream in each hole, add one ripe strawberry with the stem removed.
Next, to the other side of the egg carton, add the chocolate bar and close it.
Transfer the dessert to a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Add the heavy cream to the egg yolk and mix until combined.
Then, using a brush, spread it over the entire pastry.
Place the dessert in a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 30 minutes.
Serve.
