In a saucepan, add one drizzle of oil, add the onion chopped into small cubes, the crushed garlic cloves, the green bell pepper chopped into small cubes, the tomato chopped into small cubes and the tomato puree, stir all the ingredients together for 2 minutes.
Now, add the salt, the sweet paprika, the black pepper, stir until incorporated.
Add the chicken thighs and drumsticks, the water and stir well.
Cover the pan and let it all cook for 20 minutes.
After this indicated time, add another 2 teaspoons of salt, the bay leaves, the carrot and the potatoes chopped into round slices, stir once again.
Cover the pan again and let it all cook for another 15 minutes.
Serve.
