In a mixer, whip the frozen table cream until consistent then set aside in the fridge.
Into a bowl, add the chocolate milk powder and the table cream at room temperature, mix well until combined.
Into a glass dish, add the first layer of chocolate and spread. Then add a layer of corn starch biscuits, a second layer of chocolate, a second layer of corn starch biscuits, repeat this process until you've used up all the chocolate. Top with a layer of biscuits and cover these biscuits with the white cream, spread well.
Top it all with crushed biscuits.
Let it chill in the fridge for 2 hours, serve.
