Add the sugar, the ground cinnamon, the vanilla extract, the cocoa powder and mix everything very well to incorporate.
Then, transfer all this cream to an egg tray lined with plastic wrap, dividing it evenly among the compartments.
Next, slice bananas into rounds and place them into each compartment of the tray, then press these banana slices down into the mold.
Take it to the refrigerator and let it chill for at least 3 hours.
After this time has passed, unmold the dessert, remove the plastic wrap and divide into smaller pieces.
Serve.
