In a pan, pour the milk, the water, the salt, the chicken cube, the butter and mix over medium heat until combined. Add the flour when it starts to boil and stir over low heat until the dough reaches the right consistency (smooth and coming off the bottom of the pan).
Knead the dough while still hot, be careful not to burn yourself.
Get small pieces of dough and round them into little balls. Flatten them and add the diced mozzarella cheese in the center of the dough, then close the ball. Repeat this process until you've used up all the dough.
For breading, dip them in milk then coat them in the breadcrumbs. Repeat this process with the rest of the dough.
Fry in very hot oil, do not fry too many balls in the pan at the same time to keep the oil temperature from dropping.
Serve.
