In a large bowl, add the water at room temperature
Add the salt, the dry yeast powder, the honey and mix until the yeast has dissolved.
Then, add the wheat flour and keep mixing.
When you can no longer mix with the spoon, use your hands and knead until it becomes a smooth and uniform dough.
Cover the bowl and let the dough rest for 30 minutes.
After this time has passed, transfer the dough to a countertop, divide it into 2 equal parts, and shape each one into a ball.
Place each ball in 1 oven bag and transfer to a baking sheet.
Cover with a dishcloth and let the dough balls rise for another 15 minutes.
After this time has passed, make a cross-shaped cut on top of each bread and close the bags.
Take to a preheated oven at 200° C (400° F) and bake for 30 minutes.
Serve.

When you say “oven bag”, what exactly are you speaking of? Like the ones you roast turkeys in, in the oven?
