Start by making shallow cuts down the middle of the hot dog sausages.
Then, insert a lasagna sheet into each cut made in the hot dog.
Repeat this process with all the hot dog sausages.
Fill a large skillet over medium heat with water and bring it to a boil.
Add the sausages with the lasagna sheets and let them cook for 10 minutes.
But keep an eye out to prevent the pasta from sticking.
Remove everything from the skillet and drain all the water.
Now, to assemble the recipe, add one tablespoon of tomato sauce over the lasagna sheet and spread it out evenly.
Also add one tablespoon of heavy cream and spread it evenly again.
Then add 25 grams of grated mozzarella cheese and roll it up tightly.
Repeat this process with all the lasagna sheets.
Next, in a medium baking dish, add 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce and spread it to cover the whole bottom.
Then, add the sausage rolls wrapped in lasagna sheets that we prepared earlier.
Cover everything with the tomato sauce, the cream cheese and spread it evenly.
Add the grated mozzarella cheese and the grated parmesan cheese.
Place it in a preheated oven at 200° C (400° F) and bake for 20 minutes.
Serve.
