In a skillet, add the water and once it starts to boil, add the salt and the oil, stir until the salt has fully dissolved.
Add the wheat flour and stir until a smooth dough is formed.
Transfer this dough to a table and let it cool for 5 minutes.
Add the vegetable oil and knead the dough well.
Transfer it to a medium bowl, cover it with a tablecloth and let it rest for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a bowl, add the fried bacon bits, the grated mozzarella cheese and parsley to taste, mix all the ingredients very well.
Once the dough has rested, get a portion of it and roll it into a ball, then stretch out by hand, add one tablespoon of the bacon filling we made, close the dough by folding it over the filling and remove excess dough, just like shown in the video.
Repeat this process with all the dough balls and filling.
Fry the snacks in hot oil until golden brown.
Remove them from the hot oil and soak up the excess fat on a plate lined with paper towels.
Serve.
