Sweet Corn Cake

Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until fully combined.If the mixture sticks to the edges of the blender, use a spoon to help release it.Grease a cake mold with butter and flour, transfer the cake batter to this mold and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 45 to 60 minutes (do the toothpick test).

  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 Can of Condensed Milk
  • 1 Can of Drained Sweet Corn
  • 1 Cup (200ml Cup) of Cornmeal
  • 1 Tablespoon of Margarine
  • 1 Tablespoon of Baking Powder
