Start by making slits on the tomatoes, making sure you don’t cut them all the way through.
Chop the red onion into small dices.
Grate the mozzarella cheese and the boiled eggs.
Into a skillet, add a drizzle of olive oil and the red onion, stir-fry until golden brown. Set aside.
Once you’ve done that, into a bowl, add the grated mozzarella cheese, the Brazilian cream cheese, the grated eggs, the onion, the crushed garlic cloves, season with salt, mix all the ingredients very well.
Then stuff the tomato slits with a portion of this mixture. Stuff them well and gently.
Transfer the tomatoes to a baking dish and take to a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F), let them bake for 10 minutes. Baking time may vary depending on the power of your oven.
Serve.
