Beef Steak Marinated in Soy Sauce

Start by preparing the beef steak.Pierce it with a fork.In a large bowl, add the soy sauce, the meat we prepared, the peppercorns, the bay leaves, the garlic powder and mix everything very well.Cover the bowl and let the meat marinate for 30 minutes.In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add the unsalted butter, the dried rosemary, and stir until the butter melts completely.Add the meat we prepared and fry until golden brown on both sides.In a large saucepan, add the potatoes cut into smaller pieces, enough water to cover them, the salt and let them cook for 15 minutes.After this time has passed, drain all the water and transfer the potatoes to a large bowl.Add the butter and mash everything until you get puree consistency.Then, add the heavy cream, the grated parmesan cheese, a pinch of salt and mix.Serve the mashed potatoes with the meat we prepared.

  • 3 Potatoes
  • 1 Teaspoon of Salt
  • 2 Tablespoons of Unsalted Butter
  • 2 Tablespoons of Heavy Cream
  • 50g of Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 Pinch of Salt
