Start by grating the carrots and set them aside.
Boil the eggs and cut them into small dices, set them aside.
Into a bowl, place the peas, pre-drained.
Add the grated carrots and egg dices, add the crushed garlic clove, some parsley and chives to taste, and season it all with salt and black pepper.
Add the mayonnaise and mix it all very well.
