In a skillet over medium to low heat, add the water.
Once the water begins to boil, add the chicken drumsticks, cover the skillet and let them cook for 10 minutes.
After this time has passed, add the salt, a pinch of black pepper, the sweet paprika and stir until incorporated.
Cover the skillet, let everything cook for another 5 minutes and stir to prevent the drumsticks from sticking to the bottom of the skillet.
Add the crushed garlic cloves, the soy sauce and stir until the sauce has reduced.
Then add the mustard, the ketchup and stir again.
Finish with chives to taste.
Serve.
