Start by cutting the small potatoes in half, transfer them to a saucepan, add the salt, enough water to cover them and let them cook for 15 minutes.
After this indicated time, drain all the water and let the potatoes cool.
Meanwhile, in a medium dish, add the melted, unsalted butter, add the grated parmesan cheese, the salt, the black pepper and the sweet paprika, mix all the ingredients until combined and spread the mixture all over the bottom of the dish.
Next, top this whole mixture with the halved potatoes, just like shown in the video.
Next, brush one tablespoon of melted, unsalted butter all over the potatoes.
Finish by sprinkling 50g of grated parmesan cheese all over it.
Take to a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) and bake for 15 minutes.
Serve.
