Dessert Made with Biscuits, Banana and Cocoa Powder

In a saucepan, add the condensed milk, the sifted cocoa powder, mix until combined.Now, in a food processor, add the cornstarch biscuits and crush them into fine crumbs.In a plastic bag, add the roasted peanuts and using a small mallet, crush them very well.Peel the banana and mash it with a fork until it reaches puree consistency.In the saucepan with the condensed milk and cocoa powder, add all the biscuit crumbs, all the crushed peanuts and the mashed banana, turn on the heat to medium-low and stir all the ingredients very well until slightly thickened.Now, transfer all this mixture to a baking dish lined with a plastic bag, and spread it out evenly, until flat.Fold the edges of the plastic bag over the dessert, just like shown in the video.Take it to the fridge and let it chill for at least 3 hours.After this indicated time, sprinkle cocoa powder to taste on a chopping board.Unmold the dessert by placing it on this cutting board and sprinkle some more cocoa power all over it.Serve.

  • 1 Pack of Condensed Milk (395g)
  • 5 Tablespoons of Sifted Cocoa Powder
  • 200g of Cornstarch Biscuits
  • 100g of Roasted Peanuts without Skin
  • 1 Banana

Modo de Fazer

In a saucepan, add the condensed milk, the sifted cocoa powder, mix until combined.

In a plastic bag, add the roasted peanuts and using a small mallet, crush them very well. 

Peel the banana and mash it with a fork until it reaches puree consistency.

In the saucepan with the condensed milk and cocoa powder, add all the biscuit crumbs, all the crushed peanuts and the mashed banana, turn on the heat to medium-low and stir all the ingredients very well until slightly thickened. 

Now, transfer all this mixture to a baking dish lined with a plastic bag, and spread it out evenly, until flat.
