For Breading
To Assemble
In a non-stick skillet, fry the hot dog sausages until lightly brown.
Remove them from the skillet and set aside.
In a small bowl, add the melted butter, the minced garlic cloves, parsley to taste and mix until combined.
Brush this butter all over four hot dog buns cut in half and set aside.
In a medium bowl, add the wheat flour, the onion powder, the garlic powder, the oregano, mix everything very well and set aside.
In another medium bowl, add the eggs, the sweet paprika and whisk very well until combined.
Now, in a third bowl, add the breadcrumbs, the grated parmesan cheese and mix.
Next, bread the fried hot dogs - first, coat them in the wheat flour, next, dip them in the egg mixture and finally, coat them in the mixture of breadcrumbs and parmesan.
Repeat this process with all the hot dogs.
In a large skillet over medium heat filled with hot vegetable oil, add the hot dogs and fry them until golden brown.
To assemble the hot dog, take one of the buns we prepared earlier and brush it with some tomato sauce of your choice.
Add 1 fried dog and brush some more sauce on top of the dog.
Next, add 2 slices of mozzarella cheese and repeat this process with all the dogs and buns.
Transfer to a baking tray, take to a preheated oven at 200° C (400° F) and bake for 15 minutes.
Finish with parsley to taste.
Serve.
