Rice
With a knife, start by splitting the thigh, the middle and the tip of each wing.
Season the wings with salt and garlic powder, mix very well.
Now into a saucepan, add 1 drizzle of olive oil and add the chicken bits, also add the paprika and stir for 5 minutes or until seared.
After this indicated time, remove them from the pan.
Into the same saucepan, add the rice and stir.
Add the carrot chopped into dices, the red and green bell peppers also chopped into dices and season with salt and sweet paprika, stir again.
Finally, add the chicken and stir.
Add the water, cover the pan, and let it all cook for 15 minutes or until the water fully evaporates.
