Chocolate Mousse
Assembly: 2 to 3 Packets of Corn Starch Biscuits
In a bowl, place the condensed milk, the table cream and mix very well, add the milk powder, mix, add the colorless gelatin, mix again. Whip the chilled whipped cream and add it to the bowl, mix. Set aside.
Microwave the chocolate in 30-second intervals until melted or use a double boiler to do it, add the table cream and the condensed milk and mix well. Add the chocolate powder and mix, add the gelatin, mix and finally add the whipped cream. Mix it all together very well.
Over the bottom of the glass dish in which the dessert will be assembled, spread a thin layer of the milk powder mousse, then add the corn starch biscuits, add a second layer of milk powder mousse, another layer of biscuits, then add a layer of the chocolate mousse, spread well. Make a layer of biscuits, add the rest of the chocolate mousse and top it all with the milk powder mousse.
Take it to the fridge for 2 to 3 hours, top with some sifted chocolate powder, to taste.
