Start by pouring the milk into a medium saucepan over medium to low heat and when this milk begins to boil, turn off the heat.
Add the unsalted butter and continue stirring until the butter is completely melted.
Next, add the salt, the sugar and beat everything thoroughly with a hand blender.
If you prefer, transfer everything to a blender and blend it all together until smooth.
Add the juice of a lemon, straining it and mix until curdled.
Transfer this mixture to a fine sieve, take it to the fridge and let it chill for at least 3 hours.
After this time has passed, slice the bread roll.
Spread butter to taste and fry these slices in a large skillet until golden brown.
Serve them with the creamy cheese spread we prepared.
