Sauce
Start by adding the pre-cooked instant noodles to a medium bowl.
Add the eggs and to season, add the seasoning packet from the instant noodles then whisk everything until it is well combined.
Pour a drizzle of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium to low heat and spread it evenly with a brush.
Add the seasoned noodles we prepared, shaping them into a circle and fry for 3 minutes.
I’m using chicken-flavored noodles here, but you can use any other flavor you like.
After this time has passed, flip it over, add the shredded mozzarella cheese, the cherry tomatoes sliced into rounds and oregano to taste.
Cover the skillet and let everything fry for another 3 minutes.
In a small bowl, add the tomato sauce, the ketchup, the sugar, the salt, the black pepper and mix everything very well to combine.
Serve the noodle omelet with the sauce we prepared.
