Fluffy Cake with Chocolate Frosting

Into a bowl, add the eggs and the sugar, beat very well with a mixer until a light-colored mixture is formed.Add the unsalted butter or margarine in spreadable consistency, beat very well again.Add the wheat flour, the vanilla sugar and the milk, beat again.Finally, add the baking powder and mix gently.Now grease with margarine or butter a 22cm long x 10cm wide rectangular loaf tin.Then line the bottom of the loaf pan with a sheet of parchment paper and pour in half of the cake batter, place a chocolate bar in the center of this batter and pour in the rest of the batter.Now cover the batter with another chocolate bar and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for about 50 minutes.Meanwhile, melt the chocolate and add the table cream, mix well.Once the cake has baked through, run a knife along the edges of the tin and unmold the cake.Pour the ganache we made all over the cake and garnish with chocolate sprinkles to taste.Serve.

  • 350g of Semisweet Chocolate
  • 100g of Table Cream
