Sauce
In a large bowl, add the minced meat, the grated onion and some parsley to taste.
Add the crushed garlic cloves, the salt, a generous pinch of black pepper, the sweet paprika, the eggs and mix everything thoroughly until it is well combined.
Next, place all this meat onto a plastic bag and spread it out evenly.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add a drizzle of olive oil.
Add the spinach leaves chopped into smaller pieces, the mushrooms chopped into smaller pieces and sauté all the ingredients very well.
Next, add the add the sautéed mixture to the meat we prepared earlier, also add the grated mozzarella, the boiled eggs and roll up the meat.
Now, in a small bowl, add the honey, the mustard, the tomato sauce, the soy sauce and mix everything thoroughly until it is well combined.
Line a large baking tray with aluminum foil and parchment paper.
Add the meat roll we prepared and brush it with the sauce we made.
Next, wrap the meat in both parchment paper and foil.
Take it to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 40 minutes.
After this time has passed, unwrap the meat roll and brush it with the remaining sauce we made.
Return it to the oven and let it bake for another 15 minutes.
Serve.
