Chicken Feet

Start by removing the nails from the chicken feet.Next, in a pressure cooker, add one drizzle of olive oil, add the minced garlic cloves, stir-fry until slightly golden brown.Add the chicken feet and stir well.Season with salt, the chili flakes, the sweet paprika, the spicy paprika, the fine herbs seasoning mix and the mixed spices, stir very well.Add the onion chopped into small cubes, the carrot grated with the small holes in the grater, the leek chopped into round slices, stir-fry for 5 minutes.After this indicated time, add the tomato chopped into small cubes, parsley to taste, the red, green and yellow peppers chopped into small cubes, the tomato sauce, add the water, stir very well again.Cover the pressure cooker and let it all cook for another 15 minutes once it reaches pressure.Finish with chives and parsley to taste and mix until incorporated.Serve.

  • 1 Sachet of Tomato Sauce (340g) 
  • 2 Cups of Water (240ml Cup) 
  • Chives and Parsley to Taste

Modo de Fazer

Add the chicken feet and stir well. 

Season with salt, the chili flakes, the sweet paprika, the spicy paprika, the fine herbs seasoning mix and the mixed spices, stir very well. 

Add the onion chopped into small cubes, the carrot grated with the small holes in the grater, the leek chopped into round slices, stir-fry for 5 minutes. 

After this indicated time, add the tomato chopped into small cubes, parsley to taste, the red, green and yellow peppers chopped into small cubes, the tomato sauce, add the water, stir very well again. 

Cover the pressure cooker and let it all cook for another 15 minutes once it reaches pressure.
