Start by cutting the avocado into cubes and put them in a blender.
Next, cut the onion into small cubes and transfer them to the blender.
Add the garlic cloves, the olive oil and the milk at room temperature.
Chop some parsley and chives to taste, add them to the blender.
Add the juice of one lime, the salt and blend everything very well for 3 minutes or until combined.
Store it in the fridge, in a closed container, for up to 3 days.
Serve with toast and appetizers.
