Sweet Braided Bread Loaves

In a bowl, add the eggs and beat them well.Add the sugar and mix well.Add the salt, the melted butter, the oil, the condensed milk and the warm milk, mix until combined.Add the dry yeast powder and mix.Finally, gradually add the wheat flour and keep mixing. When you can no longer mix with the spoon,start kneading by hand into a smooth and uniform dough.Transfer the dough to a table and knead for 5 minutes.Put the dough back in the bowl, cover with a tablecloth and let it rise for 30 minutes.After this indicated time, get a portion of dough in your hands, and roll it on the table, shaping it into a log. Next, braid the dough, shaping it just like shown in the video.Repeat this process until all the dough has been used.Transfer all the pieces of braided dough to a baking tray greased with margarine and wheat flour.Cover them with a tablecloth and let them rise for 25 minutes.After this indicated time, take to a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) and bake for 35 minutes.As soon as you take them out of the oven, brush some butter all over them, to taste.Serve.

  • 100ml of Oil 
  • ½ Pack of Condensed Milk 
  • 300ml of Warm Milk 
  • 2 Packets of Dry Yeast Powder (10g Each) 
  • 1 kg of Wheat Flour
