Cut the chicken into strips then into cubes to make it easier to prepare our dish.
Into a large skillet or pan, add 2 level tablespoons of olive oil or oil, add the chicken and stir for 3 minutes.
After that, add the onion and sauté for about 2 minutes.
Add the garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
Then squeeze half a lemon and mix very well, add saffron, cumin powder, chili flakes, dried parsley or oregano, salt to taste, mix very well. Add the mustard, the mayonnaise and mix again, add the milk and mix until it gains some consistency, add the cheese spread and mix.
Finally, top it all with the mozzarella cheese slices and let it cook until melted.
