Ganache
In a pan, put the condensed milk, the table cream and the milk powder, mix very well with the heat still off, add the butter and turn on the heat at medium temperature, stir until it thickens.
Transfer the cream to a bowl and cover it with a plastic bag touching the cream, then set aside until cool.
Place the whole strawberries in a glass dish, spread them over the bottom of the dish, add the cooled cream over the strawberries.
Melt the chocolate in the microwave in 30-second intervals, add the table cream and mix until combined, into a ganache.
Pour the ganache over the cream and refrigerate for 40 minutes.
Top with chocolate shavings.
