Handmade Pudding

Make the caramel, spread it all over a cake pan and let it cool.Into a bowl, add the eggs and whisk them well. Add the condensed milk and mix well for 6 minutes.Add the table cream, the milk and the milk powder, mix well for another 6 minutes.Transfer this mixture to the pan with the caramel, place the pan over a baking tin with water, to bake in a double boiler.Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 60 minutes or until firm.

  • 1 Cup of Sugar
  • ½ Cup of Water

  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 Pack of Table Cream
  • 1 Can of Condensed Milk
  • 1 Cup of Milk Powder
  • 100ml of Milk
