Flank Steak with Vegetables

Start by cutting the meat into strips and transfer all this meat to a bowl.Add the garlic powder, the dried onion flakes, the soy sauce and the corn starch, mix all the ingredients very well, let it marinate for 20 minutes.Cut the green, orange and yellow peppers into strips.Chop the peeled carrot into thin round slices and set aside.Into a saucepan, add some oil and all the seasoned meat, and keep stirring until the meat releases all its juices.After that, remove all the meat from the saucepan.Into the same saucepan, add another drizzle of vegetable oil, add the sliced garlic cloves and stir-fry until golden brown.Remove them from the saucepan, add all the chopped carrot, stir, add the onion chopped into strips and stir again.Add all the peppers and stir-fry for 2 minutes.Add the broccoli and the water, let it all cook for 5 minutes.After this indicated time, add the meat and let it all cook for another 10 minutes.Finally, add finely chopped chives to taste.Serve.

  • 4 Sliced Garlic Cloves
  • 1 Onion Chopped into Strips
  • ½ Bunch of Broccoli
  • 50ml of Water
  • Chives to Taste

Add the garlic powder, the dried onion flakes, the soy sauce and the corn starch, mix all the ingredients very well, let it marinate for 20 minutes. 

Cut the green, orange and yellow peppers into strips.
