In a 500ml mason jar, add the milk.
Next, cover the bottom of a medium saucepan with a tablecloth, put the jar filled with the milk in the pan, fill it with water halfway through the jar, turn on the heat at medium power and let it cook until the water begins to boil.
Next, transfer the milk to a tall glass, add the unsalted margarine and mix until melted.
Beat very well using a hand blender until combined.
Once you’ve done that, transfer this mixture back to the jar.
Put the jar back in the saucepan filled with the boiling water, add the lime juice in the jar and, with the heat still on, mix until the milk begins to curdle.
Next, transfer all this mixture to a cloth strainer, just like shown in the video.
Let the mixture rest for 2 hours.
After this indicated time, remove it from the strainer and transfer it to a tall glass.
Add the salt and the sugar and beat it well with the hand blender until combined.
Serve.
