Start by dissolving the unflavored gelatin powder in 10 tablespoons of water, mix and let it hydrate for 5 minutes, then microwave it for 15 seconds.
Into a bowl, add the table cream, the condensed milk and the milk powder, mix very well until combined.
Add the unflavored gelatin mixture and mix again. Set aside.
Chop the wafer biscuits into dices and transfer them to the milk powder mixture, mix lightly.
Transfer the cream to a glass dish, I’m using a 1.6L dish.
Cover the dish with plastic wrap and take it to the fridge, leave it there for at least 1 hour.
Serve.
