Glaze
In a mixer, put the eggs and the sugar, whip until the mixture reaches a very light color.
Turn the mixer down to low power and gradually add the milk and the wheat flour. Add the baking powder and mix well.
Grease a baking tin with butter and flour, pour the batter into this tin.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 40 to 50 minutes (do the toothpick test).
In a pan, add the liter of milk, the condensed milk, the milk flour and mix nonstop until it thickens.
Slice the cake while still in the baking tin and pour the cooled glaze over the cake.
Run a knife along the edges to make sure the glaze gets into the slices.
Sprinkle grated coconut to taste.
