Sauce
Start by cutting the chicken breasts into strips then into smaller pieces.
Transfer everything to a food processor, add the eggs, the salt, the black pepper, the garlic powder, the onion powder, the sweet paprika, the oregano and blend everything thoroughly until smooth and well combined.
Next, transfer everything into a piping bag and cut the tip, leaving a small opening.
Then, pipe this mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Shape into wavy snacks or any other pattern of your choice.
Take the baking sheet to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 7 minutes.
In a small bowl, add the mayonnaise, the honey, the olive oil, the black pepper, mint to taste and mix until well combined.
After the snacks have baked, serve them with the sauce we prepared.
