On a baking tray add the salt, ground black pepper next to the salt, the sweet paprika and the garlic powder.
Now, take the ground beef and shape it into a ball.
Then, spread this beef ball over the seasoning to evenly absorb the flavors.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add a drizzle of olive oil, the meat we seasoned and sauté until golden brown.
Add the unsalted butter and stir until the butter is completely melted.
Next, cut the buns in half just, and to make the filling, add 6 slices of cheddar cheese, all the meat we prepared and spread it evenly.
Top with 6 more slices of cheddar cheese, add mustard to taste and ketchup to taste.
Next, cover with the top halves of the buns and transfer to a baking tray.
Brush melted butter over everything.
Place in a preheated oven at 200° C (400° F) and bake for 10 minutes.
Serve.
