In a skillet with the tortilla, add the eggs and using a fork, whisk them and spread them well.

Cover the skillet and let it fry for 20 minutes.

Cover the skillet again and let it fry for 5 more minutes.
In a small bowl, add the mayonnaise, the mustard, the ketchup, the barbecue sauce, the honey, the black pepper, the garlic powder, the onion powder and mix.
