In a large bowl, add the ground beef, the breadcrumbs, the eggs, the finely chopped onion and parsley to taste.
Season with the salt, the black pepper, the garlic powder and mix everything well until combined.
Next, take a handful of this meat mixture and shape it into a ball.
Repeat this process until all the meat is used.
Now, cut off the top and the bottom of a plastic bottle, forming a ring.
Then take one of the meatballs we prepared and place it in the center of the ring.
Add a slice of mozzarella cheese then add another meatball.
Now using a vegetable masher, press firmly to shape it into a burger patty then seal the edges together.
Repeat this process with all the meat.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add the unsalted butter and stir until it melts completely.
Add the burger patties we prepared and fry them until both sides are golden brown.
Serve.
