In a saucepan, start by adding the water, add the salt and once the water begins to boil, add the pasta and let it cook for 10 minutes.
After this indicated time, remove the pasta from the heat and set aside 150ml of the pasta water.
Now, in a skillet, add the olive oil and the garlic cloves chopped into round slices, stir-fry until the garlic starts to turn golden brown.
After that, add the red chili pepper chopped into thin round slices and stir for 1 minute.
After this indicated time, add all the cooked pasta, the pasta water we set aside, mix well until the water fully evaporates.
Finish with parsley to taste and mix.
