In a large skillet over medium heat, start by adding the water.
When the water starts to boil, add the salt, the butter and stir until the butter has fully melted.
Add the sugar free plain yogurt and keep stirring for 2 minutes.
Then add the wheat flour and stir everything very well until a smooth dough forms.
Transfer this dough to a countertop, spread it, cover with a plastic bag, and let this dough cool for 10 minutes.
In a medium bowl, add the grated mozzarella cheese, parsley to taste, mix until incorporated and set aside.
Once the dough has rested and cooled down, pour the oil all over it and knead it by hand very well until combined.
Next, get a portion of this dough and shape it into a ball.
Transfer it to the countertop and flatten until it’s not too thin nor too thick.
Add some of the cheese we prepared earlier and close it by shaping it just like shown in the video.
Repeat this process until you’ve used up all the dough and cheese.
Next, in a large skillet over medium to low heat, add enough vegetable oil to cover its bottom.
Once this oil is hot enough, add the snacks and fry them until golden brown.
Next, remove them from the hot oil and transfer to a plate lined with some paper towels to soak up the excess oil.
Serve.
