In a large skillet, add the eggs and enough water to cover them.
Turn the heat to medium and bring the water to a boil.
Next, add the slices of lemon and let them boil for another 8 minutes.
After this time has passed, remove the eggs from the hot water and transfer them to a medium bowl.
Add enough cold water to cover all of them, the ice cubes and mix to cool the eggs faster.
Next, peel off all the shells from the eggs and grate all of them using the fine holes on the grater.
Transfer everything to a large bowl, add the semolina flour, the salt, a pinch of black pepper and mix everything very well to combine.
Take a spoonful of this mixture, shape it into a ball and flatten it.
Repeat this process with the entire mixture.
Then, coat these patties in the wheat flour.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add enough vegetable oil to cover the bottom and let it heat up.
Add the patties we prepared and fry them until both sides are golden brown.
Remove them from the skillet and drain the excess oil on a plate lined with paper towels.
Serve.
