In a medium baking dish, add the cabbage cut into round slices covering the entire bottom and set aside.
Then, cut the chicken breasts into strips then into cubes and set aside.
Now, in a medium bowl, add the eggs and the sour cream.
Season with the salt, a pinch of black pepper, the chimichurri and mix until combined.
In a large bowl, add all the chicken cubes, the egg cream, the grated mozzarella and mix to combine.
Transfer all this mixture to the baking dish with the cabbage and spread it evenly.
Then, top everything with the small onion cut into slices, the ripe tomatoes also cut into slices and add the grated Parmesan cheese on top of the tomato slices.
Take it to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 40 minutes.
Serve.
