In a bowl, add the cold heavy cream and whip very well until stiff peaks form.
Once you’ve done that, pour in the condensed milk, the milk and only one cup of chocolate powder, mix well until incorporated.
Now, add another cup of chocolate powder and mix again until dissolved and combined.
Add the dark chocolate chopped into smaller pieces and mix until incorporated.
Transfer all this batter to a large container or dish and spread well until flat and even.
Top this batter with dark chocolate shavings, to taste.
Finally, take it to the freezer and leave it there for at least eight hours.
Serve.
