Into a saucepan, start by adding the milk, the milk powder and the sugar, mix well until combined.
Bring to the heat and stir for 2 minutes. Leave on medium heat until hot.
Meanwhile, into a bowl, add the corn starch and 50ml of milk, mix until the corn starch dissolves. Pour the dissolved corn starch into the pan and keep stirring until it turns into a cream.
Pour all this cream into a jar and transfer it to popsicle molds.
Insert the popsicle sticks and take to the freezer. Let it freeze for at least 8 hours.
After that, unmold.
Melt the chocolate in the microwave in 30-second intervals or in a double boiler, transfer it to a container and dip the popsicles in it.
Let the chocolate harden and serve.
