Milk Popsicle

Into a saucepan, start by adding the milk, the milk powder and the sugar, mix well until combined.Bring to the heat and stir for 2 minutes. Leave on medium heat until hot.Meanwhile, into a bowl, add the corn starch and 50ml of milk, mix until the corn starch dissolves. Pour the dissolved corn starch into the pan and keep stirring until it turns into a cream.Pour all this cream into a jar and transfer it to popsicle molds.Insert the popsicle sticks and take to the freezer. Let it freeze for at least 8 hours.After that, unmold.Melt the chocolate in the microwave in 30-second intervals or in a double boiler, transfer it to a container and dip the popsicles in it.Let the chocolate harden and serve.

  • 4 Tablespoons of Milk Powder
  • 1 ½ Tablespoons of Sugar

  • 200g of Compound Chocolate

Meanwhile, into a bowl, add the corn starch and 50ml of milk, mix until the corn starch dissolves. Pour the dissolved corn starch into the pan and keep stirring until it turns into a cream.

After that, unmold.
