In a blender, add the milk, the coconut milk, the table cream, the dried coconut flakes and the condensed milk, blend until combined.
After that, hydrate the colorless unflavored gelatin powder and pour it in the blender, keep blending for another minute.
Once you’ve done that, set aside.
In a flan tin greased with vegetable oil, add half of the milk chocolate bar, finely chopped.
Then pour in half of the mixture we made in the blender.
Add the other half of the chocolate bar, finely chopped, and pour in the rest of the mixture.
Next, take to the fridge and chill for at least 4 hours.
To unmold, run a knife around the edges and center of the tin.
Unmold and garnish to taste.
Serve.
