For Garnish
In a container, place the condensed milk, the pineapple juice powder and mix well until combined, for about 1 minute nonstop.
Add the packs of table cream and mix very well again.
Finally, add the grated coconut and mix until combined.
Transfer to a glass dish of your choice or to small dessert bowls.
Let them chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour or, if you prefer, place the dessert bowls in a container with a lid, close it and take it to the freezer for about 30 to 40 minutes.
Top with grated coconut, to taste.
Serve.
