Start by peeling and grating the carrot.
Chop the parsley and grate the beet.
Cut the apple into 4 equal-sized pieces, remove the stem and chop into strips.
After that, into a bowl, add the olive oil, the lime juice and the honey, season with the salt, the oregano, the sweet paprika, the black pepper and the cinnamon powder, mix all the ingredients very well.
Once you’ve done that, into a large bowl, add the beet, the carrot, the apple, the dressing we prepared and mix all the ingredients very well.
Top with parsley to taste.
Serve.
