Meat Seasoning
Start by adding into a saucepan the potatoes chopped into small dices, the salt, and the hot water, slightly mix it all together and let it cook for 3 minutes.
After the indicated time, turn off the heat, strain these potatoes and set them aside.
Into a saucepan, add the olive oil and the diced onion, stir until lightly browned, add the garlic cloves and mix it all again.
Then add the ground beef, mix it all together very well until it starts to cook through. Let it cook until the water dries up.
Season with salt, black pepper, chimichurri, sweet paprika and beef stock powder, mix it all together well for 2 minutes.
Add the diced red bell pepper, the boiled potatoes and top it with parsley & chives to taste, mix it all together very well again.
