Egg-Stuffed Bread Roll in the Air Fryer

Start by cutting the bread roll in half and flatten the soft inner part of the bread.Now, fill each half with 1 whole egg.Season with salt to taste, a pinch of black pepper and a pinch of sweet paprika.Place 1 slice of mozzarella cheese on each half.Finish by sprinkling oregano to taste.Transfer them to an Air fryer basket, fit the basket into the fryer, set it to 160° C (320° F) and fry for 10 minutes or until the cheese has melted and browned and the eggs are well -cooked.Serve.
