Fried Liver

Start by cleaning the liver, removing the skin.Then cut it into 1-finger thick cutlets then into dices.Transfer the dices to a bowl and season with the salt, the black pepper, the sweet paprika and the wheat flour, mix very well, making sure to bread them very well.Then into a skillet, add enough oil to cover its bottom. Let it heat up and fry the liver dices until brown.Once you’ve done that, chop the onion into thin strips and transfer them to a skillet with 1 drizzle of olive oil and 1 pinch of salt, fry until slightly golden brown.Finally, mix the onion strips with the liver.Serve.

Ingredientes

  • 600g of Beef Liver
  • 1 Teaspoon of Salt
  • 1 Generous Pinch of Black Pepper
  • 1 Teaspoon of Sweet Paprika
  • 1 Teaspoon of Chimichurri
  • 1 Cup of Wheat Flour (240ml)
  • ½ Medium Onion
