Quick and Cheap Chicken Fillet

Cut the chicken breasts into strips and set aside.Cut the potatoes into round slices and the onion into strips, set aside as well.Grate the cheese and set aside.Into a skilled, add the butter and let it melt, add the wheat flour, mix well until combined. Gradually add the milk, make sure to keep stirring. To season, add salt, sugar, finally, add spices of your choice, add 1 packet of mixed spices, mix very well until the cream thickens.Into a baking dish, add some oil or olive oil and with a brush, spread it very well. Make a layer with the potatoes at the bottom, use about half of them. Add some black pepper to taste, add the chicken slices and the onion, make another layer with the potatoes, cover it all with the sauce and add the grated cheese.Cover with aluminum foil and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for 40 minutes.Serve.

  • 350g of Chicken Breasts
  • ½ Medium Onion
  • 1kg of Potatoes
  • 1 Drizzle of Olive Oil
  • 150g of Grated Mozzarella Cheese

  • 2 Tablespoons of Butter or Margarine
  • 2 Tablespoons of Wheat Flour
  • 600ml of Milk
  • 1 ½ Teaspoons of Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon of Sugar
