Cherry Cream
To make the lemon jelly, into a bowl, pour the hot water and the two packets of lemon jelly powder, mix well until dissolved. Add the very cold water and mix again.
Transfer this jelly mixture to champagne glasses, pouring the liquid halfway into the glass.
Place the tilted glasses in a loaf pan and take to the fridge, leaving for about 1 hour.
Into another bowl, add 100ml of hot water and the cherry jelly powder, mix well until it dissolves. Add the table cream and mix well until combined.
Transfer this cream to the glasses – lemon jelly is already firm. Fill up the glasses with the cherry cream.
Take it back to the fridge and leave for 2 hours.
